In this episode, we discuss why it is important to be proactive about capturing family history. I sat down a few years ago and videoed my grandmother while she was looking through an old photo album. The stories and images will live on long after I am gone, but how many other stories are lost to the past?  We live in an era where the technology is at our fingertips to capture those moments, and we need to remind ourselves to take advantage of the moment.
